41.- Chaqueta-kimono / Kimono


3 Ovillos al gusto. En este caso he utilizado de Katia Azteca color 7846.
Agujas de 7 y 8 mm.
Aguja lanera.

1. Montar 84 puntos en agujas del número 7 (corresponderán al largo deseado).
2. Tejer 4 vueltas a punto de elástico 1/1.
3. Cambiar a agujas del 8 y tejer en punto bobo 80 centímetros.
4. Cambiar a las agujas del 7 y tejer 4 vueltas a punto de elástico 1/1.
5. Cerrar los puntos.
6. Coser los extremos (unos 10 centímetros).

3 Skeins Azteca Color 7846 or any color that you like.

Needles: US 10 ½ & US 11 (7mm. & 8 mm.)
Tapestry Needle.

Knitting Instructions:
1. Cast on 84 stitches on circular needle US 10 ½ / 7mm. for make room for all the stitches.
2. Knit 4 rows in 1 x 1 Rib (P1, K1) over all stitches.
3. Change to US 11 / 8mm. needle and knit in Garter Stitch back and forth until the kimono measures 80 cm. (31.50’) from cast on edge.
4. Change to US 10 ½ / 7mm. and knit 4 rows in 1 x 1 Rib (P1, K1) over all stitches.
5. Bind off.

Sewing & Assembly Instructions:
Sew together for sleeves as follows fold the knitted piece in half and sew along the sides with the tapestry needle for 10cm. (4’) Do this on both sides of piece. Sew in edge stitches to avoid a chunky seam. Weave in ends.
